When will my order ship?
Payment-authorized orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch normally takes 4–6 business days in Canada.
Can I request a return or exchange?
Eligible new and unused products, including change-of-mind requests, may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Problem orders are also reviewed. See the Refund Policy.
How are refunds handled?
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; financial institutions may take longer to post them.
