Request window
You may request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. New, unused items are eligible, including change-of-mind or incorrect-selection requests. We also assist with damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or materially misdescribed goods.
Approval and return shipping
Email exitizehumu675@gmail.com before mailing anything so we can review the request and provide the correct return destination. A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel; if it is missing, contact us for help. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges and refunds
Eligible exchanges depend on review and available inventory. After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
